Thanks for this article William; I was able to save a little money, and got to meet Scott Lunsford as well. The staff in this office make paying taxes a pleasant experience.

The folks at the Molino office go out of their way to help customers. Last week I showed up for an appointment for a new DL with only a copy of my birth certificate. Well low and behold copies aren’t acceptable but they were able to retrieve a copy of my original birth certificate and get me quickly through the process. While I was there I overheard another customer in a similar predicament, only she didn’t have a copy of her marriage license showing name change; the nice man behind the counter told her if she came back at 8:30 in the morning with a copy of her ML, she could get it taken care of without another appointment. Good folks, good service.
