Middle School Students Learn About Cotton, Timber In North Escambia

Seventh grade students from Workman Middle School visited North Escambia Thursday to learn about the cotton and timber industries. The students learned about cotton from producers Brett Ward and Heath Ward in Walnut Hill and forestry from landowner John Russell and Escambia County Forester Cathy Hardin in Oak Grove.
