To the one saying that the lake needs to be stocked and it’s to much grass and moss I can tell u now there is a lot of fish in there I fish there all the time and they haven’t been to long stocked it with some stripped bass and the grass and moss makes it even better to fish so the shad have a place to hide and reproduce I have to pics of fish come out of there just last year and the year before that is very nice bass and crappie but you just got to know how to fish that lake to catch the fish out of it just saying
Beautiful photos. The photographer really knows what he is doing.
Beautiful pics of a Beautiful place! Thanks for sharing these!
Lake Stone is a beautiful place …..but those that love to fish …are out of luck.
The lake has been taken over with a green moss that makes it impossible to get your hook in the water and worse if you do… you have to haul in ten pounds of moss. This is such a waste of a lake that has a great supply of fish but impossible to fish in. I am just one among many that would love to see something done about this problem and the lake returned to fishermen as well as campers.
Beautiful pictures! But why is Lake Stone so devoid of fish? FWC needs to take a look at stocking this lake.
So beautiful. So thankful it is there for all to enjoy without going bankrupt. Thanks for the pictures.
