Clarence Arlies Kennedy

Clarence Arlies Kennedy (Jake The Snake), 69, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017. He was born in Molino, FL and was a lifelong resident of Molino, except for the time he served in the US Army. He was of the Baptist faith. He was a master electrician by trade and loved to fish.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie M. and Lillie Mae Kennedy; and his brother, James Kennedy. He is survived by his loving wife, Shannon; son, Rodney Scott (Mat); four sisters, Ollie Mae (Charles) Freisinger, Betty Fay (Ed) Wooten, Alice Kennedy and Charlotte Seamon and two brothers; brothers-in-law, Ronnie Lambeth, Keith Lambeth and Michael Harrison, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Mike Freisinger, Donnie Nicholson, Nick Duncan, Chris Brown, Christopher Patterson and Zack Patterson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Spink, Ricky Flowers, Andy Silcox and Eric Fillingim.

Funeral services were held at Highland Baptist Church, Thursday, November 16, 2017, with Reverend Brian Calhoun officiating.

Interment was at the church cemetery.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home North is entrusted with the arrangements.
