Is there any updates on the bicyclist. This breaks my heart. I gave him a ride to work a couple of months ago when it was raining. As I drove him and we talked, I realized I had graduated with his family member. Then as it was staying dark longer in the morning, I almost hit him on Fannie Road one morning. I told my husband and he just gave him a light for his bike Wednesday morning. Please someone update oh him.

for all the people that commented and CLEARLY CAN NOT SEE that the motorized bicycle DOES have front brakes… come on people

There’s a front brake, it’s the pinch on the rim style. I would guess he was transporting the battery. Those engines don’t use one.

Thanks for the update, Hollene Benson. Prayers for you brother and the one who struck him.
@Pop ~ It’s a modified StingRay bicycle. Look at the pedals and the lack of a front brake on the wheel.

If you read the article it states it was a motorized bicycle

That looks more like a motorcycle than a bicycle? Look at that big battery on that thing its big enough to crank a car.
