Nate: The Latest Info

Tropical Storm Nate continues to move toward the northern Gulf Coast. The latest information is in the graphics on this page.

On the forecast track, the center of Nate will move over the northwestern Caribbean Sea  Friday, and near or over the northeastern part of the Yucatan Peninsula and the adjacent islands late Friday or Friday night, and then move into the Gulf of Mexico on Saturday.

    We look at these storms as disasters but they’re also neat to watch. Lets all be grateful that it’s not hurricane Irma or Harvey striking us. Those were two big hurricanes but this one shall be a weak little guy, but still something to be cautious and safe on.
