ECSO: Molino Man Caught In Lewd Act Outside Walmart

A Molino man has been charged with indecent exposure after an Escambia County deputy caught him in a “vulgar and indecent” act in a vehicle outside a Walmart.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Walmart  on Pensacola Boulevard after receiving a lewd and and indecent exposure complaint. A witness reported that 39-year old Christopher Ryan Bucci was “pleasuring” himself in view for anyone to see.

The first deputy on scene reported that he observed Bucci in the lwed act. He was reportedly wearing a white shirt with boxers that were open at the crotch. Deputies found a tube of petroleum jelly in the front passenger seat.

Bucci told deputies that he had taken a large amount of methamphetamine, according to arrest report.

He was released from the Escambia County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

    While I had taken what I thought was cocaine ( it was really meth mixed with something called mdma ) I realize it was a stupid choice. The surveillance video from Walmart showed that LEO’s completely lied on the report as I was passed out (yes in my boxer shorts) with the windows up, doors locked, vehicle off on a hot summer day. No Petro jelly. LEO’s had to beat on the car with flashlights to get me up. Instead of risking a year in jail at trial, I accepted 90days work release. No witness, only the cop who lied. The other “witness” was only someone reporting me passed out half naked.

    This man condemned himself already by his actions,, he does not need any more help in that department, he needs help with prayers to surrender his life to the One that can overcome the addictions in his life.

    I know of an unsavory, former acquaintance who was jailed here- for being disorderly and, or trespassing. While incarcerated, he acted out in a similar “vulgar and indecent” fashion in the presence of a female guard. He then earned for himself another charge of “lewd and lascivious”, was found guilty and served an even longer sentence! Perhaps once an imate gets to prison, the rules change.

    The meth triggers seratonin release, as does sexual pleasure. Addiction is a science, not just a disease.

    Wow, I’m surprised he actually got arrested for this. This happens to hundreds of women, daily, that are just trying to do there jobs, in florida prisons. It’s not a crime in prison. Guess you can go to prison and break the law.

    What a sick a depraved world we live in, no surprise that this happened at hwy 29 Walmart. Mr Bucci had better get right with Jesus before he winds up in hell. Then all the tubes of petroleum jelly in the world won’t do him any good.
