I think it looks very nice. Clever. Is that rays of the sun or does it represent a saw blade? (Historical significance.) Subject to interpretation I suppose.

The community has many opportunities to get involved. Pride in ownership, support of local businesses, these are things that no “logo contest” will fix.

    Looks great.

Are you kidding –give it to the citizens? we are lucky we had a 5 and 0.

    Simple.

The slogan contest was a disaster.

    Century est 1901 perhaps..

Need to change out the signs or a least clean and repaint the saw blades at each end of town, they are dirty nasty and people stand in front of the welcome to FL sign and take pictures..

    Freshen up the image!

It’s bright and clean cut. I like it.

When a business or a town redo their logo or slogan it is to motivate and refresh the town’s /business’ energy. I hope this will increase morale and pride of the city’s employees and citizens to do good things going forward.

    >>>Wasn’t there a contest for a new town logo a few years ago? What ever happened to that design?

That contest was for a slogan.

Too bad that this little venture was not given to the citizens of Century as a little contest to see who could come up with a logo that truly would be an expression of the good city

When people think of Florida they often think of fun and refreshing. This logo is perfect! The town needs more than a logo to attract people, hopefully some positive changes are coming. Great job Christina!
