WHY CAN’T THE COUNTY DO IT OWN PAVING ROADS PROJECT ? O YES I KNOW WHAT THEY WILL SAY ITS AGAINST THE FL. LAW . WHAT LAW ? I HAVE ASK,ASK FOR 40 YEARS AND HAD THE STATE SENATOR LOOK TO SEE IF THERE WAS SUCH A LAW . AND HE SAID NO, AND I LOOK AT ALL OF THE FL LAWS THAT WAS ON THE BOOKS AND THERE IS NO LAW.. I THINK THAT SOMEONE IN THE COUNTY IS GETTING THERE HAND GREASE. IF ALABAMA CAN BUY A PAVING EQUITMENT, AND PAVE ALL OF THERE ROADS AND THEN SELL THE EQUITMENT AND COME OUT A HEAD !!!! MAYBE IT TIME WE HAVE AN INVESTIGATING IN HOW ESCAMBIA FL SPED IT’S ROAD MONEY

Wow! 1MILION Taxpayer dollars. The road is less than a half mile long, has 4 houses on it, The biggest land owner on the road did not want it paved. It doesn’t go anywhere , and is not a short cut to anything. I live not very far away and I can tell you that there is no justifying it.
The only people benefiting is the paving company.
Well, there is one resident who they demolished an old house for so they could stage there operations there. .
There should definitely be an investigation.
I invite everyone to drive down this wonderful stretch of road and see if you think it is worth a million dollars to pave. Remember your experience when you vote.
You could buy all the land on both side for less than that.
What great mind looked at Killam Road and said ” Here is a good place to throw away ONE MILLION DOLLARS”.
Would’nt you love to follow the Money Trail on that one?

That is an odd lookin’ 80%. They don’t even have the sub-paving stones down on the half closest to Stateline Road. And as of an hour and a half ago there wasn’t even any equipment out there. For the past few months the equipment has stayed out there all the time.
