Coach Hoffman was one of those teachers that I’ll always appreciate and never forget! He was my Jr. High science teacher at EWHS and just an uplifting and encouraging teacher. My sincere condolences to his family. Aleta Howell
Sorry to hear this he was one of the best teachers I ever had he busted my tale one time and told me he done is so I would learn and I did he was a great man and will be missed I know R I P Mr. Hoffmon
I thought Coach Hoffman was one of the best teachers I had in high school, along with Mr Johnson and Mr Sanford we had some great teachers in junior high school at EWHS. My own family suffered through the pain of Alzheimers with my Dad so I know some of the journey this family has been on. I hope that the family finds peace and comfort in the days to come.

It was a pleasure to teach mathematics with Ronny Hoffman at Ernest Ward High School. I knew Ronny as a great friend and a Christian brother. I even had the pleasure of going along with him on several of his famous fishing trips. My two sons, Steven and David, enjoyed those trips also. They enjoyed getting to know Ron.
Ronny Hoffman was one of the smartest men that I have ever known. I believe with all of my heart that he is now in the presence of Jesus Christ. Rest in peace my friend. We know that in heaven there is no more pain or sickness. My prayers are with all of the Hoffman family.

I had the good fortune of having Mr. Hoffman as my teacher at FHS as well as teaching a year with him at Ernest Ward. I taught his youngest daughter, Mel, while there.
Mr. Hoffman was a great teacher and a good, good man.
It really was an honor to know him.
My sincerest condolences to all of his family.
Respectfully,
