Woman Critically Injured In Two Vehicle Wreck In Jay

A Milton woman was critically injured in a two vehicle crash near Jay High School Tuesday morning.

Tiffany King, 20, was traveling westbound on Escambia Avenue in a Nissan Pathfinder approaching the intersection of Escambia Avenue and Spring Street about 7:17 a.m. Andriea Watson, age 46 of Jay, was traveling northbound in a Chevrolet Silverado on Spring Street, also approaching the intersection.

The front of Watson’s Silverado collided with the driver’s side of King’s Pathfinder, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

After being extricated from her vehicle, King was transported in critical condition to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Watson suffered only minor injuries.

Any charges in the crash are pending according to the FHP.

    Tiffany was one of my mothers students in college. My mother adored teaching her. I am praying for her. Her sweet baby boy needs his mama to pull through and to heal .

    OK so Tiffany is my cousin and she made it through out the 24 hours but it is very critical both arms and both legs pelvis is broke internal bleeding has slowed down and she was hemorrhaging all day yesterday and at 10:30 last night she started clotting please everybody keep Tiffany in your prayers she has a long road to recovery all the prayers are needed nobody knows what happen so please keep her in your prayers thank you

    My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved. I’m glad Andriea is okay or as well as can be. I went to school with Tiffany and I pray to God that she will pull though!!! She is a beautiful young woman and deserves to live the long life ahead of her!!! PRAYERS
