Escambia County Emergency Operations Center Partially Activated

As potentially severe weather moved through the area Monday morning, the Escambia County Emergency Operations Center was activated at a Level 2, or partial evacuation. That allowed county staff to be r eady to respond in case severe weather impacted the area. It also allowed staff to monitor the storm and be ready in the event of an emergency.
