Deputies Seek Armed 9 Mile Road Robber

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man that held up the Dodge’s Store on 9 Mile Road at gunpoint. On 3:30 a.m. on April 2, the white male walked into the store, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (850) 433-STOP or ECSO investigators at (850) 436-9620.

Looks like they need some better cameras…
Quite brazen, this area is patrolled very well, even at that time, I know from being on 9 Mile frequently. Made no attempt at covering his face, very bold. The ladies that work there are very nice, & just honest working folks trying to make a living. I hate it they had to go through this experience.
