Blue pinwheels line Industrial Boulevard in Century, leading from Highway 4 to the Camp Fire Century Youth Learning Center. April is Child Abuse and Neglect month. This was a great idea! It is so neat and noticeable and the colors are wonderful too. It has to help the children, they are the most important cause I can think of.
