Navy Federal Named To Fortune’s 100 Best Companies To Work For List

For the seventh year, Navy Federal Credit Union has been selected as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For.
“Navy Federal is an outstanding place for a career,” said Cutler Dawson, president/CEO of Navy Federal. “We believe that employees should come first in any organization. Creating a work environment where people can learn, prosper and grow while being part of a team they believe in is what a great place to work is all about.”
As part of Navy Federal’s recognition, Fortune noted that 95 percent of Navy Federal employees say they feel good about the ways Navy Federal contributes to the community, and 92 percent of team members feel a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
“Our goal is exceptional member service and experience. This is possible with motivated employees. It is all about our team members. They deserve a great place to work,” Dawson added.

I am currently on my second stint of retail management….a little over 10 years all together. I have really been wanting a change before I get to old to do so. Is Navy Federal as good as it sounds or is it crazy stressful?
I member of navy federal since 2004 . People or employee of that companies treat thier member ask a family. Great service and invironment is very great…. thier service is very good….
I wish they would make all the Navy Federal people carpool!!!
This place is hit or miss. I was there for a few years and half of my experience was great, because I had great supervisors. That was in the call center. I then went to the back office. It was a nightmare. No straight answers, enormous grey areas, no one wanted to shoot straight, treated you like a child, and got angry at you for asking questions. I finally pulled the plug and moved on. It could be superb if they’d clean up bad managers like that. Maybe it’s improved. I certainly hope so!
I’ve been a member of Navy Federal Credit union for over 6 years and the service I’ve received from them has always been great.
I have worked for NF. And it is not that great. Every supervisor teaches the group different, A lot of confusion, you either love it there or you hate it.

I have been a member since 1983 and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Although I have never worked for NFCU, I can only surmise they take care of their employees like they take care of their customers.
I have been a customer of NFCU for 40+ years and could not ask for a better place for my money. They care. That is important. I have two family members and a neighbor that work there. They love it. Have never heard a negative word about them.
I have been at Navy Federal since they opened the campus in Beulah (Sept 2003), and I can tell you that it is the very BEST place in the world to work for! They truly care about their employees and it’s a great place to work for. The pay, benefits and opportunities are excellent! Anyone who is looking for a great place to work, I promise you-THIS IS IT!!
I know a couple of their employees. I’ve never heard a negative word about Navy Federal. Other companies should find out what it is about this place that makes it a great place to work. Sure wish my company would.
I’ve been working there for 2-1/2 years. It really is an awesome place to work. I’ve been working for over 40 years and this is the best job I’ve ever had. It’s a fantastic work environment where everyone helps each other….true team work.
