Flomaton Man Accused Of Raping Two Teens Under 16

A Flomaton man is accused of raping two teenagers. Both female victims were under the age of 16.
Trey Alexander Weekes, 20, was charged with two counts of rape second degree.
The Atmore Police Department received allegations against Weekes on February 10. Those allegations were investigated by Atmore Police, the Flomaton Police Department, Poarch Police Department and the Escambia County (AL) Sheriff’s Office. Warrants were issued and served on Weekes on Wednesday. He was booked into the Escambia County (AL) Detention Center in Brewton.
Investigators said the he case will be presented to a Escambia Co. Grand Jury for “further prosecutorial efforts”.

@MLB….support and show your love regardless of what others say! I don’t care who wants to trash talk and call names bc I am like a lot of others and don’t know the story. So we should all pray for the facts and let justice prevail! How many of you throwing stones would like your skeletons exposed??? What happened to innocent until PROVEN guilty? There is only 3 sides to the story and that’s his, gets, and God’s! I’m praying for all of you involved bc this story has affected so many lives in this town. And dad thing is it hasn’t even went to trial!
I wonder how many of you would feel the same if this were your son, grandson, brother, nephew, … Would you be so ready to condemn or would you be want him to get a fair trial. What every happened to innocent until proven guilty?????
What gives any of you the right to make yourselves judge and jury? You’ve convicted this young man with out any evidence, proof or knowledge of the situation. He has been accused so therefore he is guilty.
IF (might big word) he is guilty, a real judge and jury will hand down his punishment.

If he had sex with underage girls even if consensual this young man is in for a great awaking. For those who think he did nothing wrong let him hang around your young daughter.

allegations…hmm. It is good that you can’t be convicted of something just because someone says you did something. There has to be physical evidence, like a a film depicting the crime, DNA, something. No person’s word against another should be enough to put that person away, because personal feelings get in the way of what’s fair & just. Just sayin’. (Put just sayin’ after every obvious statement, because “dummy” would be considered offensive).

A 20 year old guy shouldn’t have sex with underage girls period. Don’t care how many sides of the story there are. Some underage girls look older than they are but that’s no excuse for what he did even if it was consensual.
This is sad that so many people feel sorry for this scum, he has all these grown women to be involved with but he choose to get involved with little girls the only truth that makes since is if convicted he will have an hard time in prison it’s a lot of sick men that will gang rape him just for his charge.
This will come to no good for this young man. He will likely do several years.

I could not believe it I use to have him in my day care class about 17 year’s ago and he just lost his mom about a year or so ago.
DIRT BAG , my Wife & me raised 3 Girls – I would have died to stop someone like him from harming my child . . . I Hope some judge WON’T grant him bail ( to skip town ). Oh , yea – In prison , they don’t like child molesters & rapist (they will “teach” him a lesson) . . . That’s what I think – Ya’ll Have A Great Day & Be SAFE , Thank You !
I thought about it. The suspect has two alleged victims, so it was not “just a relationship between a young man and a girl.” Parents have to right to be mad when a grown man (20 is not that young… many people own a house & have 2 children at that age) sleeps with their underage daughters. By reporting it, it could save another family heartache. Someone who does not care about “the legal stuff” could find easily find themselves in a relationship with a 13 or 14 year old.

Let’s All calm down and read the article. It clearly said rape second. Now let’s Google rape second charge in alabama. It’s not like he caught the girls in a dark alley and assaulted them. He is likely a young man who had relations with a girl who’s parents are pretty upset about it.
Don’t hang this kid before the rest of the story is told.
I just don’t understand this at all. Is this a case of people having low self esteem so they target the children? Is it really an illness? Are they just that big of a loser to do such a thing?
When will these “men” start thinking with the head on their shoulders & not with the one. …..well……..
