this sort of senseless crime is just insane. This young lady will never be the same as before the accident and the trash that caused it should pay the price for running off and leaving her to die. Any rational and/or normal person would have stopped, regardless of the penalty, and helped her. I hope the selfish and irresponsible act of running from this haunts you until you make it right. Pray for her recovery and hope that God makes it right for her.
Prayers for this young lady and her family. I hope she has recovered from her injuries. The vehicle that fled, you may never find. I’m sure they have had the repairs done by now. Hopefully the body shop will turn them. I will be on the lookout for this vehicle.
I am pleading to anybody, everybody, if you know ANYTHING, please contact fhp or crimestoppers. Scared of backlash? Don’t be. Call crimestoppers and you will remain anonymous. Come on people, Pensacola isn’t a big area…and Cantonment is an even smaller area. Think about if it was you that was hit, had to spend 3 months in a hospital bed hundreds of miles away from home, had to celebrate a milestone birthday with a bunch of medical staff instead of friends and family, had to learn you walk again, had to wonder why you were laying there suffering while the person who did this was just going about their life like nothing out of the ordinary happened. Then imagine it wasn’t you…imagine for a minute it was your child, your mom, your loved one….
