March 8, 2017

An Escambia County, AL, man was killed in a single vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in Baldwin County.

Richard White, age 38 of Brewton, was ejected from the 2006 Hyundai Tiburon in which he was passenger when it ran off the roadway and overturned on Highway 31 about a mile north of Loxley. He was pronounced deceased at the scene; he was not wearing a seat belt.

The driver, 21-year-old Dillon Boardman, was transported to the USA Medical Center in Mobile for treatment. Alabama State Troopers said alcohol appeared to be a factor in the crash.

Because one has to be in a wreck to become a believer or promise a family member they will always buckle up. It also seems to be a macho man thing..No one gets into my car without being told no seat-belt, no ride.
