ECSO: Century Sex Offender Skipped Town

November 16, 2016

A registered sex offender that moved away from an address in Century without notifying authorities is behind bars.

Kenneth Paul Louviere, 47,  moved away from his registered address on Church Street about six weeks ago, according to an Escambia County Sheriff’s Office report, without making the required notifications. Relatives told an investigator that they believed Louviere moved to the Flomaton area.

Louviere surrendered at the Escambia County Jail in Pensacola on Monday on felony sex offender violations of failure to report name or residence change and transient failure to report. He remained jailed with bond set at $100,000.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement sex offender registry, Louviere was convicted in Jefferson, NY,  in 2013 of luring a child into a vehicle or building to commit a crime and disseminating indecent material to minors.
