Century To Celebrate Veterans Thursday Morning

A special Century Celebrates Veterans program will be held Thursday morning at 10 a.m. at the Century Community Center on West Highway 4. I applaud the town of Century for honoring veterans. However, the town should do this celebration on Veteran’s Day; the day that was specifically set aside by our nation for its and not some other day because it is more convenient.
