I was the lady in the car that night. My husband was driving, I was in the passenger side, our 2 week old son and three-year old daughter was in the back seat. We were headed home and the driver of the truck ran a stop sign and hit us. We are thankful to be alive, and I am recovering. Thank you for all the concerns and prayers!

We were leaving the Tate game when I came up on the crash. Don’t know who was at fault. But we were worrid about the lady who was trapped? Can anyone tell us how she is doing?

2 week old is fine. 3 yr old has bad scrapes and bruising from the safety belt. Mom has cuts, had to be cut out of the car but is ok. Dad was driving and was ok. They were driving down Kingsfield when a truck coming from the Tate game apparently ran a stop sign on Pompano. I believe everyone in both vehicles will be ok after a little recovery time. We all make driving mistakes and thankfully this one wasn’t fatal.

Sure do hope they will all recover nicely. That has been an area that always required caution for as long as I can remember.

This is no surprise. Kingsfield, around Tate is like a racetrace at times.
