Escambia Man Arrested On Multiple Child Porn Charges

Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, with the assistance of the Pensacola Police Department, Tuesday arrested Lawrence Melvin Lacoste, Jr. 60, on 20 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of transmission of child pornography.
The investigation began after numerous images and videos of child pornography were discovered coming from Lacoste’s computer. The images depicted the sexual abuse of female children, ranging in ages from 10-14 years old.
According to an arrest report, several computers and cell phones were seized from Lacoste’s address at 10416 Tam O Shanter Road, just off Greenbriar Boulevard north of the Scenic Hills Country Club.
Items seized included a laptop computer than contained over 30,000 images or movies that appeared to be child pornography or erotica. Over 6,000 of these images or videos depicted children who appeared to be as young as six but not older than 13 years old engaged in lewd and lascivious poses.
Lacoste was booked into the Escambia County Jail. The State Attorney’s Office, 1st Judicial Circuit will prosecute this case.

Kill’em….. But they want he’ll just get papers and then be right back on the streets around our children…
They are able to go after the viewers of this abominable materiel, but for some strange reason the producers and major distributors operate with impunity.
I do not care which nation these producers and proxy servers are located, they should be engaged by law enforcement or the military.
His next country club will be prison, where he will spend the rest of his miserable sick life

Lacoste, you will rot in the Florida Prison System. Good riddance. @ Mark – you don’t know anyone as well as you know yourself. Did you follow this man around 24/7 and know every move he made? I don’t think so. These kinds of people are smooth movers. They appear to be all compassionate, concerned and calm people. Then Satan takes over their mind and they do devilish things. Lacoste could be all about money and selling his photos and videos. If there was anyone I would give the benefit of doubt to it would be this man. Something just doesn’t add up knowing him as I do.
Just don’t tell me he was an abused child. Someone in his long life knew about this and he should have been locked up years ago. The Lord knows how I feel about this man and where I think he needs to be..
