Mrs. Savage was truly an awesome lady. I don’t have words to express how she impacted my life growing up in Century. She was truly a friend indeed to many and had such a giving heart. I have many fond memories spending time at her home with her family who were always like family to us. My prayers are with all of them.

I know it’s late in the day, and the funeral is already passed and gone. But I will miss my friend. Everyday I keep expecting her to call and ask “Ya’ll all right over there.”. I keep waiting for her to call me to see if there is anything she can do for me or if there is somewhere I need to go. She was thoughtful and kindhearted, and she loved her family, her church and her community. I will truly miss my friend and sister in Christ.

So sorry to hear this. Love Ms. Annie. Nadine introduce me to Miss Annie several years ago. When I went to work at the Health and Hope Clinic and we had our Open House, I got to see Ms. Annie again, she was there to give her support to us for knowing we were volunteering to help all we could. She said this is such a good blessing you all are doing. She remember me after all that time. Even called me to come and get some greens from there garden. She will be missed.

This just breaks mine & my Mom’s heart! Mrs Annie used to work with my Dad, Russell Findley, for Mutual Savings Ins before my Dad passed away many years ago…We used to go on Ins conventions with her & her family, along with many other Ins agents that have also gone on to Heaven. She was always kind & loving & genuinely cared for the people of the tri-city area…not just Century. She will be missed & our thoughts & prayers go out to Mr Savage, LaMonica & Vanessa. God truly has welcomed an angel home. RIP Mrs Annie.
