Lillian Adell Ward

Lillian Adell Ward, age 86, who was also known as Baby, was born on May 26, 1930, and the Lord called her home on September 7, 2016. She was a lifetime member of Highland Baptist Church in Molino.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, O.K. “Bud” Ward.

She is survived by her children, Ken (Martha) Ward of Andalusia, AL, Steve (Brenda) Ward of Cantonment, Debbie (Gordon) Hood of Milton, Tim (Arlene) Ward of Pensacola; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, twin sister Lillie Woerner, Christine Gilbert, James Alex Wheeler, Barbara Scott, and Nancy Barfield. She will be greatly missed by her little companion dog, Matt.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2016, at Highland Baptist Church in Molino with Brother Brian Calhoun officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church from 12 p.m. until the service hour.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home North is in charge of arrangements.
