Claude Wayne Hudson

Claude Wayne Hudson, 78, of Pensacola, was called home Thursday, June 30, 2016. He was born in Ged, LA to the late Robert and Mae Hudson. He was a member of Olive Baptist Church since 1973. Wayne retired after a career as an engineer with Exxon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Rodney Hudson.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 56 years, Dorothy; his sons Kerry (Linda) of Lawrenceville, GA and Kenneth (Jessie) Hudson; granddaughters, Hayley, Janie, Katelynn, and Ana Hudson; two nieces; one nephew; and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 5, 2016, from 12 p.m. until the services begin at 2 p.m. at Faith Chapel North with Dr. Jerry Passmore officiating.

Faith Chapel Funeral Home North is in charge of arrangements.

    To the family members of “Claude Wayne Hudson”, sadden for your lose, Wayne left us way to early, Like Merrill Shell said, one of the good guys for XOM, Wayne, put a good word in for the ones you left behind and tell our XOM friends up there we’ll see them soon.

    I remember Wayne from his days as an engineer in Pensacola District, very competent and very nice. Condolences to his family.
