    REGARDING:
“I have a grandson In jail for attempted murder. At age,19 he got life without parole. GO’M
    FIGURE??”

    What can you do?

They both deserve the death penalty for trying to kill other people, but the Supreme Court has forbidden if for those too incompetent to succeed.
In this gentleman’s case, they probably hope he will be in too bad of shape to swing it when he gets to be 61.

(By the way, despite “Has (He?) was previously convicted of second degree murder by an Escambia County jury.” I don’t see where the clerk of court shows he was ever charged with murder or convicted of same.)

They must have figured your grandson would still be dangerous beyond that age.

    David for better people
    and fewer excuses

It seems like you get more time for attempted murder than you do for murder. What’s that tell you. You are so right John, he should never have gotten out of jail to begin with. I have a grandson In jail for attempted murder. At age,19 he got life without parole. GO’M
    FIGURE??

RE-offenders with guns are the problem, not law abiding citizens with guns. He had a previous murder conviction, and now was walking the streets.( Does anyone else have a problem with this.) And what is still sad he may still serve his sentence and get out an old man and commit another murder. Our country is messed up, he should have been put to death along time ago.
