Summer, I am sorry for your loss. The driver was not charged because the FHP investigation showed that she was obeying the speed and traffic regulations when the accident occurred; unfortunately your mother stepped into the path of a moving vehicle. I am sure that the driver of the vehicle feels pain for the accident as well; however, it was just that- an accident. The driver of the vehicle was not negligent in this instance. I hope that you are able to find peace and know that your mother is in a better place now.

Oh Summer, I’m so sorry for your loss. The pain you must be in is unimaginable. I pray the Lord will wrap you in his arms and give you comfort. I pray you will find forgiveness in time.

May the good Lord bless and keep you in your time of trial.’

I want to know why the girl that hit Sonya was not charged and why she isn’t in jail. That was my mom she hit and killed, and now I don’t have a mom any more.
