When will the citizens inside the city limits apply? Who administers these programs inside the town. Will the county staff be involved? Are these grants or loans? Do they cover mobile homes? What is the time!ine? Is a HUD counseler avaiab!e to to discuss applications for relocation and section 8 housing. Are homeless under an impression someone will come in and rescue them realize if they do apply or qualify they may need to make arrangements at a recue mission? The truth may be harsh, what is the truth?
