Congratulations and salutes to these fine young people!

@Roger: The ribbons are for achievement in academics, military bearing, patriotism, field trips to a variety of bases, community involvement etc.

The ribbons are all earned, well deserved and certainly worn and displayed with pride.

Good job to all the cadets. As an active duty service member it is good to see young people involved with the ROTC program. I believe it teaches them so many things that are important in life such as the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. I am currently stationed overseas. I try to read this paper once a week. It is refreshing to see teens doing good things other than running from the cops and being involved in violent crimes. Good Job to all the cadets. I am sure your parents and the COC are proud of you all.

I’m kinda curious. What are all the ribbons the cadets wear?

Captain Code and Chief Simpkins did a great job with this group of NJROTC. It was obvious that these young men and women put a lot of effort and practice into this inspection and drill demonstration. They were all truly impressive! Triston and Cameron…as always…we are so proud of both of you!
