A 68-year old Escambia County woman was killed in a three-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 32-year old Darrel Earl Daise ran a red light at intersection of Lillian Highway and 69th Avenue, colliding with a Toyota Camry driven by a 73-year old female.
Daise’s Chevrolet Tahoo then rolled over, rolling over the top of Grand Caravan driven by 68-year old Carline Ann Pepper. Pepper was transported to a local hospital were she was later pronounced deceased.
The Camry driver and Daise suffered serious injuries in the crash. Charges against Daise are pending, according to the FHP.

Look this guy up. This IS NOT his first Rodeo with running from the Police, Hit and Runs, Fleeing and eluding the Police, Cocaine Possession, etc. This is the COURT’S fault that he is not in Prison. The Police do their jobs by rounding these kind of people up and put them in jail only to be let out and run the streets again by the Court system. STUPID !!! These kind of people are never ever going to learn or straighten up. They are accustomed to doing people wrong and preying on people as well. Too bad he was not the one KILLED and hopefully he will not survive while in the hospital he is in and then we would not have to take care of the slime bag. Praying for the family that lost a loved one who was doing nothing wrong at the time. It is a SHAME. Time for the COURTS to wake up.
WEAR erroneously reported that the guy that caused it was fleeing from police.
