Wednesday was breezy and cold, with winds gusting to about 20 mph — just like the cool, windy day on Tuesday. While many people are required to work outside in cold weather, we found a few men on a job Tuesday that really exposed them to the cold wind — working at the top of one of the water towers in Walnut Hill.
