Two Century Men Arrested On Meth Related Charges In Atmore
December 9, 2015
Two Century men were arrested on drug charges following a routine traffic stop in Atmore.
An Atmore Police officer stopped a vehicle for a minor traffic violation and noticed evidence of a controlled substance offense.
A search revealed a large duffle bag containing “numerous precursor chemicals and other paraphernalia used to manufacture and ingest methamphetamine,” police said.
The two occupants of the vehicle were arrested at the scene. Gary Glenn Roley, 45, and James Nicholas Jordan, 35, were charged with unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance. They were booked into the Escambia County (AL) Detention Center in Brewton where they were being held on $250,000 bond each.

@AC:
Your right, it’s chemistry
Wow, so many times I see former classmates arrested. It’s so sad when you see people you grew up with end up making terrible choices. Nick what happened? You were always so nice and sweet in school. I hope you get some help. Maybe this will be a wake up call.
I’m with Ashley. Its never to late to turn your life around no matter how many mistakes you’ve made. The system has failed us.When people get locked up they get out.ONLY TO BE BACK IN TEMPTATION WITH THE SAME PEOPLE.WITH THE SAME PROBLEM STILL BEING THERE.Not everyone that’s involved goes to jail.It seems they stay around to keep the madness spreaded into our homes and destroy our families. It has took a lot of parents and children through absolute HELL!!!!! I SAY INVESTIGATE AND GET EVERYONE IN THESE CASE’S. EVEN THE ONES SHOWING THERE ID’S TO GET BOXES. ALOT MORE COULD BE DONE!!!!! OFFER HELP DONT JUST WASH UR HANDS WITH PEOPLE YOU KNOW NEEDS HELP.SHOW UP!! SHOW UP WITHOUT NOTICE. BRING THE CHURCH IF YA HAVE TO.EXPECTALLY IF KIDS ARE INVOLVED… WE HAVE TO START DOING MORE FOR OUR YOUTH…… THEY ARE OUR FUTURE ….Just thoughts from someone that has lost parts of my own heart.
Prayers for the families of these two men and for them. God still answers prayers. Hopefully they can get things together.
That wasn’t to slick !!!
If you want speed drink a cup of coffee. Leave illegal drugs alone.
Sage, Bless You. Please investigate the phrase “tongue in cheek” and this should answer your question. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . David for the blessing of understanding
Forty-five and 35 years old? They look like they could be my grandparents. I’m sur drugs had nothing to with it. Thoughts?
My question to David for everything, is how can any toxins be safe?
Poison is poison even in the form of medicinal compounds.
@ DJC:
I think anyone inclined to make meth already knows the recipe. I don’t think it’s really that hard, and that’s just judging by some of the people who ’s been caught making it. It’s evidently not rocket science.
DJC, Look it up online to learn how to do it “right”. I ‘m told if you aren’t careful, they can be dangerous. (Written with tongue in cheek.) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . David for safe toxins
WOW, give us the recipe why don’t you!
Stay steong daddy, I love you.
They should make drugs illegal. That would fix the problem right? (Insert sarcasm)
