Shirley Ann Hall-Leonard

Shirley Ann Hall Leonard, age 69, of  Jay, passed away December 26, 2015, in Pensacola. She was a lifelong resident of Jay, a member of Pine Level Baptist Church and worked at West Florida Hospital for many years. She was a loving sister, aunt, and friend to those that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George W and Lovie Hall.

She is survived by her brother, George W Hall of Pea Ridge; sister, Nell Blackwell of Jay; and nephew, James Blackwell of Pensacola.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 30, 2015, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Jay Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 31, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Jay Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr John Wagner Sacred Heart Hospital and his nurse Britney and Dr C David Smith and the Jay hospital and staff.

Jay Funeral Home is in charge the arrangements.
