He should serve fifteen years for weapons possession and drug trafficking. His parents should serve a nickle for giving his his name .
The magazine depicted is empty. Hi Point factory magazines have a orange polymer follower.
>.Either y’all are assuming or this is bad reporting.
We can only report what info the ECSO will release. And this is it.
Comments on name and hairstylist are “on target. What a dummy, but bail?
Sorry, this article neither mentions ammo nor a loaded pistol. The magazine appears empty to me. Law enforcement officers I know never leave ammo in a magazine with a weapon when it is put into evidence; ammo is always accounted for. Either y’all are assuming or this is bad reporting.
Oversight is correct, that’s a useless pistol. It’s a Hi Point!
That being said, there is a lesson here: While disobeying drug and weapons laws, it would be prudent to obey traffic laws.
@Anne
That is a magazine, not a clip.
A stripper clip is traditionally used to load rifles with fixed magazines.
County could sure increase income if patrolled hwy 29 from Ala line to car city….speeders, reckless drivers, drug trafficking etc. going on prolly 24/7.
Clip on table sure looks like at least one round is loaded.
Guessing the clip was in that pistol when removed from Treneipher’s possession.
He should take his hair stylist to court.
Don, have to agree with you on that name part. jeez, is it just a made up one?
Oversight, i believe when an officer takes possession of a weapon on scene, they normally empty it immediately.
All that being said, did this moron not consider if you are going to carry a weapon (which the probability of it being stolen are high) and drugs, you shouldn’t be speeding down the highway? Oh wait, this is the a criminal, he has no brains.
oversight….if that’s the actual magazine in the photo it’s loaded, not sure of your comment though, his parent(s) should be arrested for naming him!
No bullets = dumb crook with a useless pistol.
