Escambia Man Indicted For Gas Station Double Murder

An Escambia County Grand Jury hast indicted Terry Maurice Newkirk for two counts of first degree premeditated murder in the death of Antrone Moore and Antonio Bullard, both 26.

On November 10, 2015, the victims were found shot to death inside a Dodge SUV at the Raceway Station located at the intersection of Pace Boulevard and Palafox Street. Newkirk admitted to investigators that he was the black male seen by witnesses getting inside the SUV at the Raceway gas station on Palafox and Mason Lane. Investigators said the shooting occurred during a drug transaction at the gas pumps.

Newkirk will be arraigned on December 10, 2015.

    Relax people there will be enough evidence presented that he will be convicted of 2 counts of 2nd degree murder at a minimum.

    So he got inside the SUV but wasn’t the shooter? Good luck with that!!

    I can’t stand it when I read an article and people are commenting about what a great guy this thug is. Hello!! He killed two drug dealers!! Wake up!! He’s a murderer who can go to prison an innnocent man because the prisons are full of guilty criminals who swear they’re innocent. Delusional!!!

    @ Jim. Although innocent till proven guilty, he has admitted to shooting one of the victims.

    @Traumaqueen: He has only been indicted, not tried nor found guilty. He has only admitted to being in the vehicle. Let’s give Justice a chance to play out before we gloat. That’s what America is supposed to offer the accused..
