@Mick, and anyone else who will take note: What does it matter if his car is a “junker?” That is a judgemental, materialistic, arrogant, shallow statement, which has absolutely nothing to do with any of this. I know someone who was hit by someone driving a nice Lexus- who had NO insurance. I personally have witnessed many accidents involving newer vehicles, and most erratic, speeding drivers I see are in “non-junker” vehicles! FYI: Junker vehicles get young military dads to base and back so their wives can keep the 2015 SUV to take the kids to school, get groceries, medical appointments, etc….Just one of many examples of truly good citizens who you might pass in traffic driving a “junker car”, on their way to or from putting food on their table, saving lives, teaching school, etc…you get the point.

I was in the line of vehicles coming out of atmore, and watched this moron pass a power truck, and an 18 wheeler with oncoming traffic close to the BP station. He sped on out of my line of sight. By the time I got to the accident scene people were already pulled over and out of their cars. This idiot put everyone at risk this morning. No regard for the law or anyone else. Time for some road crew jail time, and another junker car off the road.

Note, he is arrested for driving with a suspended license. If one gets a ticket, does not pay it, the drivers license is suspended. People need to realize the importance of the consequences of not paying for a ticket. You can be arrested and go to jail for that alone.

I have to give this man kudos though for simply cooperating with the police. No resistance equals no “brutality”. It’s a shame that more people don’t understand this simple concept.

No passing and school zone. I hope they make an example of him.

Some people are in a hurry, and take chances that put others at risk. “Improper passing” is an understatement.
