Arts, Crafts And Car Show Held In Molino (With Gallery)

The Fourth Annual Open Car Show and Arts/Craft Show was held Saturday at Highland Baptist Church in Molino. The top and best in class vehicles were awarded, numerous vendors were one hand and there free activities for children.

    That 52/53 turquoise Chevy Coupe top photo looks great, reminds me of Grand Pa Smith’s old car. It had a foot operated, direct contact, starter switch. I was about five years old, I would push down with my right foot and the car would lurch forward.

    I remember Atmore did not have a paint and body shop back then, Grandpa took the old “Hot Shot” bug spray gun and filled it with black paint. It took about two strokes of the pump and the paint clogged the nozzle.
