Local High School Bands Shine At Marching Performance Assessments

District 1 High School Marching MPA performances were held Saturday at Tate High School.

Several bands, including the Royal Pride Band from Jay High and the Showband of the South from Tate, earned straight superiors.

    the jay high school band rocked it!!! they are so little but with great sound and marching good luck this weekend at competition

    So proud of our little band at Jay. They may be little in size but they are large in heart and it shows on the field. Go Royals!!

    From the photo, it appears that Northview has a small membership in the band, is that true? If they are that small, I think earning a “G” is pretty remarkable.
