Brett Michael Creighton

October 12, 2015

Brett Michael Creighton “Brettman”, 22 of Cantonment, was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 9, 2015.

Brett was a graduate of Tate High School, Class of 2011 and attended ITT Technical Institute pursuing his Associate of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Brett lived life to the fullest and always with a smile on his face.  Brett was happiest outdoors wearing his camo, strolling around in his tricked out wheelchair listening to his country music, fishing, hunting, shooting guns, cheering on his Florida State Seminoles, watching his Super Hero movies and always charming the ladies, but above all, looked up to his big “Bubba”.  His charismatic personality was so magnetic to everyone whom had the pleasure and was blessed to know him.  Brett enjoyed being quite the jokester, always bringing laughter into every room he was in.  Brett has touched so many lives and has been such an inspiration to all.  Although, your wings were ready, our hearts were not and may your legacy live on. Fly high Brettman, until we meet again.  We love you!

Brett is preceded in death by his grandad, Robert B. Creighton, Jr; great-grandparents, Connie and Mary Stinson “Papa & Granny”; and great-grandparents, Joe and Ola Mae Diaz “Papa Diaz and Granny”.

He is survived by his loving mother, Angela Creighton; father, Christopher R. Creighton; brother, Christopher L. Creighton; grandparents, Carl and JoAnn Stinson “PaPa and NaNa”; grandparents, Allen and Debbie Lee “Pops and NaNa”; grandmother, Rose Creighton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; nurses through Maxim Home Healthcare and many, many friends whom he cherished deeply.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North with Reverend James Blackmon officiating.

Interment will follow in Pensacola Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Pensacola.
