Have media altered images in the past? And if so, how? Darkened? Lightened?

    >>Just what exactly is a campus assault?

There’s only so much room in a headline…the word “campus” was used to show the local of the assault. No different than:

Just what exactly is a campus assault? It is not a designated crime in the Florida statutes. It appears that UWF and its police department along with the media are down playing a serious crime, which is a huge disservice to the safety of students, staff, and the public.
