Norma Linda Weaver Blake

Norma Linda Weaver Blake, 79 was a native of Escambia County, AL, former residence of Birmingham and had resided in Booneville for the past 20 years.
Mrs. Blake was a member of Booneville Baptist church. She was the treasurer of the auxiliary at Atmore Community Hospital and was also a member of the Red Hat Club.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Blake; mother and father, Aubrey and Doris Weaver, brothers, Winston Weaver, Larry Weaver, and Ronald Weaver.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Blake (Paul Shellman) of Charlotte, NC; five brothers, Aubrey Weaver, Jr. of Clarksville, GA, Doug (Shirley) Weaver of Booneville, Donald (Ernestine) Weaver of Clayton, AL, Dick (Vonda) Weaver of Booneville, and Pat (Catherine) Weaver of Sitka, AK; two grandchildren, Megan and Danielle Shellman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held for Mrs. Blake on Sunday, September 6, 2015, at Booneville Baptist Church with Rev. Jesse Wood officiating.
Memorials can be made to Booneville Baptist Church or Lindsey Cemetery Fund in her memory.
