UPDATE. Suspect is now in custody per Sheriff David Morgan..
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is currently in a standoff at a home in Cantonment after multiple shots were fired at deputies.
Escambia County EMS responded to a call of an unknown nature at the home. When deputies arrived to assist, about a half dozen shots were fired at the deputies. None of the deputies were hit.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team is on scene.
