August 14, 2015

Eddie Mercer Automotive donated 50 air conditioning units to the Council on Aging of West Florida on Thursday.

The Council on Aging of West Florida is in need of donations to help senior clients stay cool. Many clients are in need of fans and air conditioners. Donations, which must be new in the box with a standard 120 volt plug, can be dropped off at the Council on Aging Office at 875 Royce Street in Pensacola.

It is with great appreciation that I applaud Eddie Mercer for his gift to our community, especially the elderly. Thank you Mr. Mercer for seeing the need and acknowledging it by your generous contribution. I hope that other local businesses will do what they can to give back to the community that supports them.

Awesome, Eddie. I have bought a few cars from your dealership, over the years. Always treated with respect.

Great example of a local business man giving back, because he can!

I remember Eddie when he was twelve years old, working the concession at Five Flags Speedway.

He has always been a focused and industrious individual, and obviously very civic minded.

    Good Show Fast Eddie.
