@Anne,
I’m thinking it just typical Morgan operations. The “witchcraft” evidence maybe hasn’t played out the way he wanted/expected (for publicity) so he cuts off the media pipeline.

Good point and very astute. Seems fear pedaling and alarming the superstitious fits somebody’s agenda.

Ditto here, confused because sheriff Morgan not only was on all sorts of media and grabbing headlines but he described the hammer and a gun shot victim and the throats cut and even that the bodies had been arranged in a manner of witchcraft.
And, there was no arrest yet made for this even though they had a “person of interest” the killer or killers are still on the loose.
Yeah, things just don’t add up and the whole matter has quickly disappeared from the media’s attention. What’s up with that?
Hmmm……..Perhaps, details on murder cases are color coded.
I’m confused. They won’t release any details at this time on this case (nor the other 4 murders that occurred in the last 2 weeks) yet Mr. Morgan was all over the local and national press about the “details” of what he calls the “Blue Moon” or was it the “Witchcraft” murders? He gives new meaning to “attention deficit disorder”.
