Three People Found Dead In Escambia Home; ESCO And FDLE Investigating

August 1, 2015

An investigation by state and local authorities is continuing today after three people were found dead inside an Escambia County home Friday morning.

About 9:30 a.m., the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 4600 block of Deerfield Drive for a welfare check. When deputies arrived, they found three deceased persons.

The deaths are being called “suspicious”. Both the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement were on the scene throughout the day Friday, overnight and all day Saturday as the investigation into the deaths continued.

Further details have not been released at this time.

Deerfield Drive is located off Klondike Road north of Wilde Lake Boulevard.

Hate to hear that three people were found dead in this area , it is not a bad area at all.
Hope the police figure out whether or not this was a tragic accident or a crime against three people. Prayers for the family of those three , hope their family gets some closure soon.

@ Jinx, I Mapquested to see if it was close to my house as I am not familiar with all the streets and subdivisioins in my neighborhood.
I agree Jinx that it IS a tragedy that three lives were lost and still no answers to what has happened. I am NOT insensitive, and for protection of MY family wanted to know where it happened.
My thoughts and prayers DO go out to the family and I DO hope the one(s) who did this are caught SOON.
Also, Northescambia, com did a great job in describing the location, but had heard the address on tv first.

REALLY GUYS you’re worried about how to tell someone how to goggle a dang address to find out where it’s at when north Escambia did a great job on that. The real issue here is that THREE LIVES HAVE BEEN TAKEN. It’s UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR A REASON. Come on guys get your PRIORITIES STRAIGHT. I mean really? Prayers to the family or families who lost someone in this situation. Sorry that some people are so insensitive to you and your families right now during this difficult time. I hope and pray that they find the person or persons that are responsible for this!

I grew up 2 houses down from this house I’m shocked there’s really never crime in this subdivision. My mom and dad still live on Deerfield. Sad situation.

I think some was confused about this being Beulah because there is a deerfied estates subdivision near the equestrian place. And Beulah has markers when entering.

I was curious where this house was in relation to a friend that lives over that way so I Googled the map using the street name. The area taped off with yellow tape is large. Although I’m hoping they don’t find that a crime was committed, I’m inclined to agree with others that something big went down. :(

By the amount of detectives at the house this afternoon, something is very wrong , Deerfield

@ JW – Not in Beulah til you cross Eleven Mile Creek. This house is in Klondike, I’m a 3rd generation resident in this community that lies between 8 Mile Creek & Eleven Mile Creek off Mobile Highway up to I 10. The county needs to put up community identifying signs, when all the old residents are gone and so many outlanders moving in, no one will know.

Mikey – the probably aren’t releasing much information yet.

I just used MapQuest yesterday after hearing the news on tv, and found it. I agree with Facetious Bob also. In this age of computers there are many ways to find out where a street is. I am sure a gps system could help also.
Sorry for the family of whomever and whatever happened. A loss of a loved one is never an easy thing.

No matter where this is, something is amiss, 3 people don’t just die all at the same time. I can imagine a house with everyone asleep, all shut up for the AC, & a gas leak, but gas has a bad smell that will wake most people before they asphyxiate.

Gonna be interesting to find out what happened here.

This is in the Beulah community.

Mickey it’s one of the neighborhoods a mile or so behind Cracker Barrel.

  15. Facetious Bob on July 31st, 2015 8:33 pm

    @Mickey:

Not wanting to be “facetious,” but look up Google Earth on your lap top, or whatever you use. Put the address in, and you are in the front yard, if that is where you want to be. I just use a city/county map if I think the story is getting close to my neighborhood.

@Mickey I don’t think NE could be much more specific about the location. Prayers for the family.

I live in this neighborhood and it’s a very peaceful quiet good neighborhood. I am shocked at this news. Please keep us updated on the tragic deaths of these three people.

Hitting close to home there, that’s right down the street from my house.

For people that have no clue where any of these roads listed are….this story doesn’t explain where this happened very well ???
