New Dollar General Open In Cantonment

The area’s newest Dollar General store is now open in Cantonment. The new 9,288 square foot store is on a 2.28 acre lot at the northeast corner of the Highway 29 and Neal Road intersection.     I have been told by one of the clerks from the other store that the one by WD is to be remodeled and will reopen. They said there was a problem with the roof and leakage that caused damage .The Dollar Generals are well run for the most part and there is always a clerk who can help you find what you need. That does not happen at Walmart stores. They are handy and they have a great chose of brands.

    I’d rather go to a Dollar General than a Family Dollar.

    I wish they would let us know if the store by Winn Dixie will remain closed or not. That should have been included in this story or at least added to it.

    They Could have put something nicer like a walmart market out here. Dollar General stores always end falling apart. They also seem to be junky and trashy. I hate going to the Dollar General.

    What about the one next to Winn Dixie? I don’t know where Neal Rd is,,,probably out of the way.
