Fire Destroys Van

Fire destroyed a van late Saturday afternoon on Rocky Branch Road off Quintette Road. The van was fully involved when firefighters arrived on scene, but they were able to prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring structures. NorthEscambia.com photos by Kristi Price, click to enlarge.

We are not from the area but we saw a lot of black smoke when we were leaving Pensacola after the air show had ended– was this the black smoke we saw?
We feared it was a plane that had gone down.
Hope nobody was hurt in this fire!!
