Parts of Gobbler Rd and the end of Still Rd need to be paved also. Someone is gonna get killed driving on all the loose slag rock and all the holes in the Rd. All they do out this way is patch the holes and move on. Always half way fixing things

William, what is multi-use trail? Also, what/where is MPA boundary to 29?

They need bike lanes down the sides of kingsfield between us 29 and chemstrand rd. It has the bikes share the road sign, but thats terrible for cyclists through there.

Many of the main roads traveled up here on the north end (West Hwy.4 and Hwy 99) need to not only be widened, but REPAVED all together. The roads are in terrible condition and they don’t just need a band-aid! You should put traffic counters on these two county roads when school is in session to see just how much it’s actually traveled. The traffic is unbelievable for such a rural area and those two roads are the heartbeat of the north end!

I assume they’re just going to extend the edges of the road like they did on 99N? If so its a terrible idea, I hate to drive on 99N now because it’s really bumpy unless you drive in the middle of the road.

Sorry about the typos in my previous comment. What I now want to know is WHY are all these other projects lined up when they have not finished this one?

The few folks that I talked to on Enon School Road did not want the road paved, but the county set out to do it anyway. Without asking what we thought they cut down EVERY bid OLD tree on the west side of the road. THEN, they come out before a lot of rain is coming and dump loads of red dirt and smooth it out, pack it down etc. and then just LEAVE IT, while the sun is shining. Before rain is coming again, they repeat….over and over and over again. This has been going on for months and months. NOW, not only is are the beautiful trees and the shade for walking gone, ther is a muddy mess. My car almost drags bottom coming out of my driveway, and it does no good to wash it. Red dirt on it all the time. Not right. And, broken hearted over the trees. That was a terrible thing to do. If they had asked me, I would have GIVEN them enough frontage for the road on the east side of the road. Sad about the whole thing.

PRAISE GOD…HWY 4 DEFINITELY NEEDS PAVING, WIDENING, ALLOW WATER RUN OFF AND RE-PAINTED! IT IS A NIGHTMARE IN THE RAIN AND ESPECIALLY A RAINY NIGHT!!

They just paved Beulah Rd less than a month ago and it already has patches in it. This was A SLOPPY job and will not last. Several areas need to be repaved so lets see if the county is doing there job to make it right.

Thank the Lord, hwy 4A improvements have been needed or years. Bad curves and very narrow. Water ponds up in rains. Can’t come soon enough.
