Has the judge let Nobles out on on other bond yet? When your out on bond, don’t it read that u are not to get any trouble or ur bond is revoked?
Why are these judges letting people go on another bond while their already out on bond?

@Jcellops — if he used a bondsman, that $23,000 was their fee for providing the bond and ensuring he would appear in court. There wont be a return of that money. Had he failed to appear for his court proceedings the bondsman would have been responsible for paying the full $230,000 to the court.

If he posted a cash bond with the courts, the Judge has discretion of how much, if any, is forfeited.

Does the $23,000.00 bond money on Nobles get forfeited by this arrest – or must a conviction come first? And, where will that $$ end up? …I loath cockroaches- especially when they feed/profit off of the misery of the addicted…….innocent, until proven guilty- let’s see what happens.
