Jim Allen Elementary Recognizes Students For Six Years Of Perfect Attendance

Jim Allen Elementary School is recognizing two students for perfect attendance — for the last six years. Carris McLaughlin and Trinity Normal have not missed a day of school from kindergarten all the way through fifth grade at Jim Allen. Submitted photo for NorthEscambia.com, click to enlarge.

That is very impressive! Congrats girls! I think any child that doesn’t have any unexcused absences should be recognized as well. That is just as much a record of perfect attendance. It is amazing that they didn’t have a sick day in six years. My daughter had two stomach bugs, a severe cold virus, and pink eye just this school year. :-/

I agree. My kids always had a stomach virus at least twice a year but anyway congrats to Carris and Trinity.
